Do you know of a project that should be considered for Alberta
Construction Magazine's 2010 Top Projects issue? We are sure you do,
so nominate your Top Project today. The projects in the commercial,
institutional, civil and industrial construction sectors deemed best
overall in each respective category will be featured in a prominent
position in our winter issue.
The rules are simple:
- The project must be situated within the province of Alberta
- The project must have been substantially completed in the 2010 calendar year
- Construction costs must be valued at $5 million or greater
- Companies can nominate two projects in each category
Judging criteria:
- Design functionality and appearance
- Construction process (on time, on budget, innovative tools or building methods, etc.)
- Usage of unique or innovative construction materials
- Project delivery method (stipulated bid, design-build, construction management, P3, etc.)
- Any other unique features that made the project stand out such as the use of recycled materials
